How to work with us
Most of what we do is bespoke "made-to-order" items so we don't have a "general" product price list. In the first instance you should contact us about your job in order to get an estimate or a quote. Once you have approved the price then we will arrange payment and carry out the work.

We normally provide visuals of your work prior to manufacture, on jobs where this is appropriate. We will require you to sign-off the visual before we make your product. Please note that any errors spotted after you have signed-off will be your own responsibility, so we do encourage very careful checking of all visuals.

Payment
If you are a new customer or you don't have a trade account / credit account with us then we may require advance payment. Please speak to our accounts department if you wish to start a 30-day credit or trade account with us.

Payment types
We accept most payment types including cash, cheque, BACs transfer, credit card, and PayPal.
